Food intolerances are best identified through dietary investigations. Sometimes, especially if pathogens in the digestive tract are suspected, I will advise you to undertake functional testing.
The dietary management will include a temporary elimination diet followed by food challenges under controlled conditions. I will guide you through the elimination/reintroduction diet by providing you with healthy wholefoods meal plans, shopping guides and pantry ideas to make sure that you are still getting all the necessary nutrients.
